Child Protective Services took my child in October 2004 based on false allegations. I had to fight to get her back and finally did, but not before Child Protective Services had caused great harm to my child and my family.
The truth behind ‘child protection reform’ is that there has not been any meaningful child protective reform in the United States, but there needs to be. One of the biggest problems with Child Protective Services (CPS) is that they spend too much time investigating false allegations and therefore are unable to investigate real cases of neglect and abuse. So we have the anomaly of innocent parents rotting in prison, while children still die from abuse.

Thanks for sharing Diane. Keep fighting this evil system. They are racketeering and people need to know. My daughter was taken over a paperclip cut . The social worker kidnapped her from school for no reason and she was traumatized for 7 months.
This agency is filled with sadistic people who abuse their power and our Government needs to wake up. They have non profit accounts set up which have the Director of CPs, schools, Board of Supervisors, Judges, CASA, Therapists, Doctors, Lawyers, and others on them. All of these people are PROFITING from children. Most of these children are not even abused or neglected. Only 20-30% are valid.
PLEASE REFORM CPS. THIS BEAST HAS GOTTEN WAY TOO BIG. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ARE DYING. CPS IS THE HOLOCAUST OF THIS CENTURY AND IT WILL GET WORSE UNTIL PEOPLE OPEN THEIR EYES

I have had the same issue with CPS Thank God the cases were closed. However if we unitit together and make a stand they will have to listen. If we file a class action suit against CPS for the pain and seffering they have caused our family’s. Make them hold habitual callers acountable!!! After the courts listen to case afer , after case, after case where they have done this to family, after family!!! This will leave them no choose but to listen!!!! Maybe we can use this site to do so. Have attorney’s list info.on state basis or Jurisdiction to help people that are inicent. Right the wrong lets make a stand together!!!! It is not right that anyone that is angrey with you, or wants revenge in some twisted way in their sick mind. That CPS allows them to get away with this not only once, but mutiple times and it is very apperent when you already have a PPO on file with the party doning so!! But of course they can’t tell you who filed it but they don’t have to because you already know!! Because you know and everyone that knows you and your children, including your family knows that you are a good parent!! Untill your ex wants revenge because you have moved on with your life and are happy!! Misery loves company!!! But in some peoples sick twisted heads they want you to hurt so they call CPS make False Accusations about you!! Then they hit you where they know it hurt the worst; by trying to take away what you love and Cherish the most!!!

Please help me to fight the corruption of the Elbert County Department of Family and Children’s Services.
They have kidnapped my child under false accusations which they have no evidence to back up.
They have brainwashed my child into hating me and her dad. Every night I have to fight myself to get to sleep, only to sleep two or less hours, because I am so worried that I can’t quiet my mind so sleep can come.

DONT EVER MOVE TO MN. THEY HAVE THE WORST CPS PEOPLE AND FAMILY DESTRUCTION COURT EVER. I CALL IT FROZEN BRAIN SYNDROME . I MEAN THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL IDIOTS! THEY TOOK OUR 2 GIRLS AWAY 8 YRS AGO BASED ON A LIE MY OLDER GIRL TOLD THEM. OUR 12 YR OLD IS STILL IN THE SYSTEM IN FOSTER CARE AND WILL BE TIL 18. AND THEY HAVE HER ON ALL KINDS OF DRUGS. WE TRIED TO FIGHT WITH A LAWYER BUT THAT DID NO GOOD. ONE JUDGE EVEN LOOKED AT THE SOCIAL WORKERS DURING A HEARING AND SAID WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WHAT A LAME BRAIN!!@#$%^&* I HATE SOCIAL WORKERS AND FAMILY DESTRUCTION COURT JUDGES.@@#

CPS in Herkimer County are totally CORRUPT. the Judge LAria is an IDIOT beyond belief. Even if you get a lawyer they still can’t figure out how to stop these CPS people from telling their lies. It is very hard to fight them in Court but it won’t be hard to run of them over if I see them walking across the st. lol

is there any good laywers in canada calgary alberta if anyone knows, for suing the city ,the law enforcment and the cps and the person whos acuseed me i cant sleep i cant eat im breaking down i just wana die right now im sick to my stomach its like a bad dream and the more i dig into this the more i feel i will never see my baby girl again hatred filles my heart and i want retribution like the devil himself

I am sorry to hear about your situation. I do not know any lawyers in Calgary. You could try contacting http://www.fightcps.com. Don’t lose hope. Fight back with every legal means possible. You can beat CPS if you don’t give up and give in. Don’t do anything illegal.
