Petition Calling For The Impeachment Of Texas District Judge Barbara Walther Picking Up Steam

Update June 4, 2008 2:28pm EST: We have just gone over 1,000 signatures. Thank you! E-mail your friends and keep them coming. Meanwhile take a look at this column, Commentary: Doing the Right Thing the Wrong Way, written by Jim Forsyth at Radio Statio WOAI in San Antonio.

Our petition calling for the impeachment of Texas District Court Judge Barbara Walther is beginning to gain steam. At the end of Sunday, our first day, we only had 31 signatures. As of Monday evening, we had 149. But as of this morning, we have more than 700, thanks to coverage of the petition by one of the most popular online newspapers, World Net Daily, along with the libertarian website Daily Paul, radio station WOAI in San Antonio, Texas and a number of blogs.

You don’t have to be a Texan to sign this petition. You may even hate the FLDS. Most definitely you are against child abuse in any form. But this petition is not about the FLDS, the morality of polygamy or the evil of child abuse. The petition is about judges protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States and giving due process to people who are suspected of or accused of committing crimes.

For the best analysis of the failure of Texas Child Protective Services, Judge Barbara Walther and law enforcement officials to provide proper due process to the residents of the FLDS ranch, read the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas’ statement and download their amicus brief.

Thanks to those who have signed it already!

  • Why the petition makes no mention, that the Judge has also punished the FLDS, requiring them to give up their rights from unreasonable searches and to take classes and not move with NO TRIAL and NO CONVICTION! Do as we say, or we will steal your children again. No wonder David Koresh fought to the death. It was their ONLY recourse.

There are many things that could have been added to the petition. I wanted to get the petition out into the public before people lost interest in the story. I can edit the petition and add more to it, but I don’t feel I should change the text, since many people have already signed it. When I send the petition to Texas lawmakers, I will be including a more detailed cover letter which will make many points that were not made in the petition.

Why vaccinate them? CPS claims they were legal guardians when in fact, the children’s lawyers also shared guardianship but were never notified. There is no excuse for this, and it wasn’t by accident. And to prove my point further, that sorry ass judge tried ignoring the Supreme Court’s ruling trying to require that CPS could have medical access to the children whenever they wanted!!! What kind of bullshit is that?
Maybe if you had a child kidnapped from you and forcibly injected with a cocktail of aborted fetus cells, thirmesol, mercury, and god knows what else, which you were born with the right to refuse administering to your children, then you might understand the disturbing nature these children were just subjected to.

I demand a full scale investigation into the raid and seizure of nearly 500 children at the FLDS ranch takes place asap. Why were 500 children taken, separated from their mothers, DNA forcibly extracted, forcibly immunized, spread out all over the state, and ultimately returned to their families after 2 months. Thank goodness the Texas Supreme Court put an end to this unconstitutional, unlawful act by Judge Walther.

I’m not here to promote or stick up for polygamy. If courts prove abuse had taken place then I am in agreement that children should be removed. That isn’t the real issue, so I hope the conversation can stay on course. Please read the following information to understand the real story behind the media’s spin of the FLDS situation.

There is a seriously sick back story (as if the media reports are not enough) to this – The state of Texas took these kids, made themselves the temporary custodians in order to have the legal right to take these kid’s dna, then vaccinate them against the will of the parents. Now we find out that the judge in this case Barabara Walther (whose term is up at the end of the year)- is married to a Michael Walther, a prominent radiologist, experimenting in predeterming tests for cancers and alzheimers and autism using the human Gnome – and his studies are being funded by Labcorp. And Labcorp just so happened to acquire the contract to take the kid’s DNA and give them vaccines. If the Pharma bigwigs know that there is a link to vaccines, they need to get rid of the largest study case in america by vaccinating them, therefore erasing the best control set of unvaccinated kids. They are trying to stave off a potential Pharma stockmarket meltdown and a national outrage (with incalculable lawsuits) if it ever gets proven that vaccines cause autism. Please find out what you can. Don’t let them get away with this. It is NOT about child abuse – the state of Texas has known about thse kids and these practices for decades. What HAS changed is since 2005, the research into vaccine culpability in autism, and the growing pressure on the CDC to test large groups of unvaccinated kids (which they have refused to do – um, why?) Give it some thought.

And yes, Nancy Grace too!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. You were a major player in this witch hunt, and you’re financed by pharm companies too. You spewed lies night after night while innocent children had their DNA stolen from them and then injected with vaccines as an experiment. Nancy Grace, you make me SICK!!!!!!!

When the real story comes out which it may not if people don’t get interested in a story about a very real possibility that our medical community/government has destroyed the minds of millions of children through their pharma greed, found out they were responsible, secretly did research and grabbed evidence and tampered with it to cover their financial backsides… this needs to be front page until it is disproved because 1 child in 166 are astronomical odds – since autism was discovered in 1950s…. when did vaccinations of school age children begin? justsayin…. look up Affymetrix Genechip and LineaGen and the connection between the TX judge Barbara Walthers husband michael Walther – and the funding by Labcorp into autism….

    From Labcorp’s Q4 Earnings Report!!!

The availability of an ultra high-density micro ray based on the Affymetrix Whole-Genome sampling technology. LabCorp first offered comparative genomic hybridization testing in 2005 and this enhanced test will offer unparalleled resolution for the detection of mental retardation, developmental delay, autism and other clinically significant genetic changes. In breast cancer we completed validation studies on the molecular estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor assays and the testing is now available. This is significant because of recent concerns about the accuracy, lack of standardization, and reproducibility of immunohistochemistry assays for these markers among smaller laboratories. Also in breast cancer we have made progress on the analytical and clinical validation of the prognosis signature assay with several of our study presented at National breast cancer meetings. We expect to complete these validations soon and hope to launch this test in the mid to latter part of 2008.
