Obama’s eligibility publicly challenged in next week’s Chicago Tribune

Foundation runs two full-page “Open Letters” to Obama:

Queensbury, NY – Using his hometown newspaper, the Chicago Tribune, the We The People Foundation will publicly challenge President-elect Barack Obama to direct the State of Hawaii to provide access to his original (“vault”) birth certificate. The Foundation’s full-page “Open Letter to Barack Obama” will appear in the Chicago Tribune next Monday and Wednesday.

“Under our Constitution, no one is eligible to assume the Office of the President unless he or she is a “natural born citizen,” said Bob Schulz, Chairman of the Foundation. “To date, Mr. Obama has refused all requests to release his original birth certificate or other documents that would definitively establish his citizenship status and thus his eligibility.”

The Open Letter to Mr. Obama summarizes the evidence against Mr. Obama and the adverse consequences that would befall the Nation should he assume the Office of the President as a usurper.

“Should the state members of the Electoral College cast their votes for Mr. Obama in the face of such overwhelming evidence, and without verification of Mr. Obama’s eligibility, they would be committing treason to the Constitution,” said Schulz.

  • It just goes to show you how backwards this country is being run right now. We need change, and I think that the sole promise of change itself is what got Obama elected.

What should have been done was to have the canidates prove their eligibility before the election, not after.

  • “Dirty Pool” at the Supreme Court apparently on behalf of Obama currently usurping YOUR Constitution: Leo Donofrio’s companion case, brought by Cort Wrotnowski, with fuller/better briefing showing Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen” reportedly has been sidetracked to the anthrax lab to deprive the full Court from seeing those filings in connection with Donofrio’s case this Friday, Dec 5, 2008. DO SOMETHING AMERICA!!!

  • While I do believe that the SCOTUS will eventually resolve all these questions, I’m hedging my bets and am doing everything else I can to help influence and resolve the pending Constitutional crisis. To that end, I have contacted my Senators and Congressman as well as written a letter to the Electors of my state. I have a link to the letter which I have posted on my blog here Letter to Electors

There is also a link to additional resources for locating your state Electors, petitions, SCOTUS etc. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”.

  • This issue of the BC or COLB or where Obama was born is a misleading and false distraction from the fact the Obama was a “natural born Citizen” of Britain because his father was a British Citizen. The Framers of our constitution understood the difference between Citizens by man’s law and Citizens by natural law. They were not idiots and to them the term “natural born Citizen” was not an obscure term. If laws are passed to define citizenship of a person – then those laws are man-made laws. At that time a child would inherit the fathers name and his citizenship – Naturally. The 14th amendment and subsequent rulings and statutes regarding citizenship are man-made laws of citizenship. Obama has received citizenship in the U.S. by such laws, but his natural born citizenship is the same as his fathers and can not be defined by laws or taken away by our laws. Even defining Obama as a duel citizen is a misleading argument. The writers of the 14th amendment understood this and did not attempt to define what a “natural born Citizen” was; instead they defined what a “Citizen” was. This might seem sexist in today’s times, but that fact is irrelevant. It was the understanding at the time the Framers of the Constitution wrote the words: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
